Cemetery Association (“KCA”) and Forethought Federal Savings Bank (“FFSB”) have
joined together to provide you with the perfect solution.
A KCA membership offers many
benefits to cemeterians and by joining now; you will have the opportunity to
contribute to the “KCA Plan” program, which is tailored specifically for KCA
perpetual care cemetery firms. The KCA
Plan program offered through FFSB, a federally chartered savings bank
recognized as an industry leader in fiduciary services, recordkeeping and
reporting, regulatory and compliance expertise, will provide a full complement
of services, including participation in a perpetual care trust and related
investment program. By utilizing the
KCA Plan master cemetery perpetual care trust, you will be able to enjoy an
easy to use, low cost solution to keep your perpetual trust accounts compliant
with applicable Kentucky statutes and regulations.
As an added incentive, if you
join the KCA before March 19, 2010, you will receive a 50% discount on your
2010 dues. And for a limited time, FFSB is offering an incentive program for
those firms who choose to participate in the KCA Plan program. By allocating a minimum of $10,000 in trust
funds to the KCA Plan program, you will receive a $50 American Express Gift
Card. You also will receive an
additional $25 gift card for each associate you refer to the KCA Plan
