We have exciting news to
share with you. As you may already be
aware, your Kentucky Cemetery Association (“KCA”) has been evaluating perpetual
care trust program solutions for their membership by searching for a provider
of trustee and investment management services to help bring perpetual care
trusts into compliance with the requirements of the Kentucky Attorney General’s
Office.
Forethought Federal Savings
Bank (“FFSB”) is extremely honored to have been selected by the KCA Board to
provide trust services for members in good standing of your association. Together, we have established a program
tailored specifically for KCA cemetery firms called the “KCA Plan” program which
will provide a full complement of services, including participation in a perpetual
care trust and related investment program.
By utilizing a master cemetery perpetual care trust, you will enjoy an
easy to use, low cost solution to keep your perpetual trust accounts compliant
with applicable Kentucky statutes and regulations.
For a limited time, FFSB is
offering an incentive program for those firms who choose to participate in the
KCA Plan perpetual care trust program.
By allocating a minimum of $10,000 in trust funds to the KCA Plan program,
you will receive a $50 American Express Gift Card. You also will receive an additional $25 gift card for each new
KCA member in good standing that you refer to the KCA Plan program.
For those of you currently
working with FFSB and the KCA, it is a pleasure to know you in a different
venue and for those we have yet to serve, we look forward to the
opportunity. We will be holding
regional meetings throughout Kentucky in the coming weeks to present the KCA
Plan program and personally respond to any questions you may have regarding the
benefits it will provide for your perpetual care trust funds. All sessions will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30
